We strive to give our customers a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Even if you used the product, we will take it back. Just make sure all items that were sent you are returned.

We will take care of the return shipping costs. We will also reimburse your shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All Knotless Gear Ties carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping back your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We strive to ship all orders within a 24 Hour period. Many times we are able to ship same day if the order is placed before 3pm PST. We ship to virtually any address in the world using the standard United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise indicated. 

Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We may pack orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays and provide a tracking number to the customer but that does not mean the order has shipped. We are only able to ship some Saturdays but never on Sunday or holidays as USPS is not in service during such times. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.

Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once an order has been processed, you will be emailed a tracking number.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.
